February 16 - Can the canned goods!

Hi everyone!  this next one is kind of boring but I think you'll feel much better once we do it.  It's a helpful annual task to give us inventory of what we have, need or need to use.  And you can try to donate items that aren't expired but you bought too many you just unlikely to use.  Also, try to let go of those things you keep thinking you'll use or make, but never do.  just toss 'em.  I'll just give you an example of 1 of the 2 I did today, the before & after.  I also worked on my canned goods cabinet.  Take your own 1-2  cabinet picks today!

For today, Thursday, February 16:
***Clean out 1-2 food cabinets***

Before:

After (it was really time to toss our 12-year old whey protein!):

Keep taking it a day at a time.  Start today if you haven't at all yet & want to.  There's no timetable or due dates, you don't have to keep up.  The most important thing if you want to de-clutter is to just start, a little bit at a time.  It's taken us years to pile-up stuff, so little-by-little each day, we can un-pile some of it.

see you tomorrow!  aimee
