I thought we'd ease back into a task-a-day with this one for today, Monday, January 9:
***Clean out all your media stuff (CDs, DVDs, Wii/Xbox/Kinnect/DS games, remotes/papers, VHS tapes-gasp!)***
I'd suggest you try to give-away or sell (amazon.com good place sell music/movies/books) at leasat 1/3 to 1/2 of what you have, especially if you still have a lot of movies & CDs. Keep a select few CDs in your car if you use them there. Unless you watch certain movies over and over, get rid of them and just rent if you ever do watch one again! Add the "byes" to your donation bag or a "to sell" box. We'll deal with these set aside bags/boxes later--just important to start them! If you do keep CDs/dvds/games--you could also opt to get rid of the jewel cases and put them in a storage binder--they are space savers.
(We had our remotes pretty organized in our media center drawers & I'd need John's help for that anyway.)Starting with these dust-filled baskets:
1/3 is now gone--see all on the floor headed out the door.
